• PixyCraft is a creative brand that offers personalized storybooks, DIY activity kits, flip books with voiceovers, and printed paper/hardcover books for children. Many of our products are customized based on information provided by you.

Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must order on your behalf.

Orders & Personalization

• Once an order is placed for personalized products, you are responsible for ensuring that all customization details (e.g., name, age, photo, preferences) are correct. Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled or changed after confirmation unless an error is made by us. We do not use customer-submitted photos for any marketing or promotional purposes without explicit consent.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice. We accept various modes of payment including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through secure payment gateways. Our order will only be processed after full payment has been received.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days, depending on product type and customization. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier service, or unforeseen delays. PixyCraft is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Subscription Plans

• PixyCraft offers flexible subscription options for monthly, quarterly or half-yearly book kits. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds are applicable for canceled subscriptions once the kit is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

• Personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. For return eligibility and procedures, refer to our Returns & Refund Policy. In case of defects, contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Subscription Plans

• All content on PixyCraft, including designs, illustrations, logos, stories, and layouts, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• PixyCraft is not responsible for:

  • Typographical errors in customization provided by the customer

  • Loss or damage during transit by courier services

  • Minor design variations due to printing or layout differences
